The burden of storytelling is felt by every orator and performer. To have all eyes upon you as you speak thought into life. For the Choir of the island of St. Sasha, these stories don't come from their imaginations like most storytellers, but from somewhere deeper, older. A source they themselves don't fully know. For them, their stories are a burden, one that they must endure and share. To write them down is sacrilege; to bring these fleeting expressions to paper gives them power, a power they can no longer control.
